Heroes Evolutions
Brave New World
In the eBook Brave New World, it is noted that Oscar "resembled Pop more and more every day — rugged, diligent, steady."
After Pelon bullies Oscar, Carlos says, "Look who's breaking Pop's heart now. He would've stood up to those guys." Oscar says that things are more complicated now than when Pop was around. Oscar says, "All I know is one of us is still here, trying to keep the family business open. The other one's not."
Carlos remembers that the garage had been "a kind of playground for him and Oscar, with Pop a constant presence in the background."
