Rachel notices them wearing black armor and that they each carry a black weapon. This agent recognizes Rachel, and places his glove on Rachel's shoulder when telling her he just heard about Jason and is sorry. He later adds that Rachel looks rough before Rachel leaves them to talk with the site commander.
