The second season of Heroes will air through the 2007-2008 season. It will consist of 24 regular storyline episodes split into two volumes, Volume Two: Generations and Volume Three. During the season's breaks, 6 episodes of the mini-series Heroes: Origins will air.
Volume Two: Generations
The second volume of Heroes will air for eleven episodes during the first half of Season Two.

In feudal Japan, Hiro meets Takezo Kensei. Matt takes his detective exam, and, along with Mohinder, has taken Molly into his care. Kaito Nakamura and Angela Petrelli learn of a threat upon their lives, while Angela's son Nathan is taking Peter's death badly. While Maya and Alejandro are on the run, Peter wakes up in a suprising location.
