Simon Bolivar is a man summoned by Libertad to deliver a message to Harmon.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Libertad
A man approaches Harmon when he is outside the Angry Skunk bar. After saying he is Simon Bolivar and is at Harmon's service, he shows Harmon a message, which reads "Viva Libertad! Rebel & Be Saved". He then nervously asks Harmon to take it so that he can get out of there.

- Simón José Antonio de la Santísima Trinidad Bolívar Palacios y Blanco (1783-1830) (more commonly known as Simón Bolívar) was, together with the Argentine general José de San Martín, one of the most important leaders of Spanish America's successful struggle for independence.
