Sibling

Could someone please explain why Flint is listed as Meredith's brother? --Ted C 14:12, 28 October 2008 (EDT)

  • It has to do with a spoiler, which implies this. Intuitive Empath 15:11, 28 October 2008 (EDT)

AT

Well that wasn't very interesting... Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 17:28, 25 November 2008 (EST)

  • I thought that, I mean...why bother? --Matchu 17:29, 25 November 2008 (EST)
    • Maybe it's because she's an active agent? Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 17:30, 25 November 2008 (EST)
      • I meant why bother posting one that was just...well, empty. I was expecting maybe Arthur's. --Matchu 17:32, 25 November 2008 (EST)
        • It's probably going to be updated soon. Also, slightly off-topic, but - did anyone else notice that her gender is 'W'? --BardinessBoy 17:36, 25 November 2008 (EST)
          • It says 'Sex: W'. I think they meant 'Woman'.--MiamiVolts (talk) 17:40, 25 November 2008 (EST)
            • I was thinking that too. It's just weird because they usually go with F. --BardinessBoy 17:46, 25 November 2008 (EST)
              • Yeah, though there are different writers doing the assignment tracker profiles so I'm not really surprised to see differences.--MiamiVolts (talk) 18:04, 25 November 2008 (EST)
  • I guess it's interesting that Bennet still doesn't have access to some of it.--MiamiVolts (talk) 17:34, 25 November 2008 (EST)
    • I'm seeing this profile as very inconsistent, and possibly incomplete. It's like they rushed into it without proof-reading it.--FlamingTomDude 23:05, 3 December 2008 (EST)
      • It didn't seem any more inconsistent to me than what you would usually get when you have multiple people working on a project. Episodes have the same basic structure and feel, but each writer brings his own unique twist. Same with the graphic novels. Same, really, with each one of our articles at Heroes Wiki. There are bound to be a few things that are inconsistent, whether it's in the ATs, the GNs, the episodes, or anything that is touched by a number of hands. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:58, 3 December 2008 (EST)

Status

Is anyone else sad that we'll probably never see her again? I wanted her character to more more explored all the way since season one, when I saw her in the trailer I was very happy. Hope we see her again in flashbacks or travels to the past. Or with healing blood. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 19:36, 18 December 2008 (EST)

  • While I did like Meredith a lot, I most certainly hope they wont resurrect her - they have done that far too much already. If the audience start to feel that the death isn't a real threat to the characters, then they soon will lose interest.
Besides, it feels like the writers deliberately have cleaned the table for Volume 4 - besides the main characters, only nine posthumans introduced on screen during the show's entire run, remains alive - Sanjog, Claude, Molly, West, and Samedi are all written out as of the moment, leaving the webisodes' Rachel Mills, and Doyle, the Haitian and Daphne. The Hatian is pretty much a regular, albeit not a main character, and killing off him would be almost as big as killing off Matt or Ando. Regarding Daphne, my guess (with no influences from spoilers) is that she either will be killed off early in vol. 4, or be promoted to a main character (as a replacement for Maya, the same way Noah was promoted, filling Simone's seat in season 1?). What's in store for Doyle remains to be seen, though... --Pierre 20:34, 18 December 2008 (EST)
  • I just thought they could've used her more. But I agree, between all the characters that have been in life threatening situations and cliffhangers, her surviving would cheapen the show. But I still want more of her, even if through timetravel, post-mortem illusions or spirit walks. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 08:03, 19 December 2008 (EST)
    • Meredith has a very rich history and is integral to some of the mythology of Heroes. I hope we haven't seen the last of her. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 10:56, 19 December 2008 (EST)

Gallery

Can we give Meredith her own gallery. Characters such as Candice have one and Meredith has appeared more times than her. .--Fire+ice update; i did add in a gallery for meredith but it was removed WHY??

  • We don't usually have galleries for characters. Most of those pictures can be found at examples of pyrokinesis. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 11:18, 3 January 2009 (EST)
  • Other characters: (Hana, Sandra) have galleries, there are many pics for meredith that could be used. --Fire+ice

Is meredith dead? because seventeen years ago, claire survived the huge fire that meredith created and she also survived too. so, is meredth dead? because if she survived the fire she created seventeen years ago, and that if she can light her whole body up without it burning, technically mean shes not dead?

Deceased

  • I think we should mark Meredith as deceased, as on the BBC heroes website she is marked as deceased. -- Monroej
    • The BBC website is not a canon source. If something similar appears on the NBC website, it might be considered otherwise. -- Tristan0709 talk 02:50, 12 March 2009 (EDT)
      • In the newest Heroes magazine, there's an interview with Jessalyn Gilsig and it does say Meredith did die from the explosion. Is that official enough? — MacAttack
        • Unfortunately, no. However, I don't get the magazine--could you copy the text and context for us? -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:08, 29 March 2009 (EDT)
