Christopher Vokits is an evolved human that peacefully resides somewhere in London. But that all changes the day the agents come after him. He gets locked up, and finds that he has the ability to generate powerful blasts of sonic energy from his vocal cords.

Evolved Human Abilities
Chris discovers that, soon after the agents invade his home, he has the ability to emit bursts of sonic energy. He tests this ability out during his time in "prison," and soon masters the art of creating loud screams (Not like that could help him escape. Later, it does, but he doesn't know that yet, as he is on his own, in a cell that's specifically designed for him.). Currently, he cannot do anything with his ability but create those screams, and therefore, his name for his ability is "sonic screech."
