Echo will be one of the escaped villains in Volume Three	None.	+ Echo has already killed two people. - It is unknown if the Constrictor was killed, he could have only wounded him. - The Constrictor is confirmed to be dead. • His eardrums were blown out of his head and there was blood all over the wall, I'd say he's pretty much dead. + It would provide a reason as to why the Webisodes were created. Like Sylar - first he wanted to be special, then changed his mind and wanted to be normal again, only leading to the later events of Season One.

None.	+ Earplugs are nowhere near 100% effective in blocking out noise, especially something as loud and powerful as Echo's voice. + Going Postal seems to be setting Echo up as a villain. Causing the death of a loved one could drive a man insane, turning him evil. - Echo said it himself it wasn't Gina at the end it must have been Penny.
