Nathan could have put the picture in the paper. + Nathan has the ability to fly, which could explain how the killer escaped unseen. + Angelli Petrelli received a similar death threat moments after Nathan called her evil. She found the picture outside Peter's apartment, where Nathan had entered moments before.
