Matt is the father of Janice's baby.	Matt admitted he didn't read Janice's mind when Janice told him the baby wasn't his, so his impressions of who the father is could be false.	+ Janice's baby's name is Matt Parkman, perhaps a reference to the father's name. • It does appear that Matt's greatest fear is him leaving a child in the same manner that his father left him. This could cast doubt on the mystery of who the father of Janice's baby is. - If Janice really loved Matt, why would she lie about who the real father was? • If Janice really loved Matt, why would she cheat on him? + She may have not told him due to their troubled relationship. - It has been stated explicitly on Matt's assignment tracker that the child is not Matt's, and therefore holds no further interest to The Company. + In Cold Snap, Janice admitted that Matt Jr. was Matt Parkman's son. + Also in Cold Snap, it is revealed that Matt Parkman, Jr. has powers. It's been shown repeatedly that powers run in families and since Janice has no powers, it's extremely likely that Matt Jr. has powers because he is Matt Parkman's biological son.

The future he saw was after the baby had been born so that means he can't be sure if it's from Daphne but it was named Daniella after her grandmother. - Matt would need to reconnect with Janice for it to be her child, and they don't appear to have any connection anymore. + They may already share a child.
