Felipe Acerra, not Gabriel Gray, is Patient Zero.	Felipe is the first name listed on the list. (Homecoming)	- There is no clear evidence that the list is in any particular order. - Mohinder has referred to his father's belief that Sylar was Patient Zero multiple times. (Don't Look Back, Parasite) + Chandra assembled the list, so he would presumably know that Felipe was "Patient Zero" if his appearance as the first listed had any significance. - "Patient Zero" in itself implies that the person in question isn't on a list. • Patient Zero, may just mean the first one that Chandra met (this being Sylar).
The List will be used as a resource to round up prisoners with abilities for the Government in vol4: Fugitives.	Mohinder sent a copy to FBI headquarters in Quantico, VA. (Fallout)	+ when Mohinder called the FBI to see if they had taken the people on the list into protective custody, he was ignored. With Nathan's file to the President, it is likely a simple cross-reference would have revealed this information and more names than Nathan was aware of, but certainly implied. + Claire and Peter are taken and are on the plane with other prisoners. It is unlikely Nathan would turn them in for fear of being exposed, himself. - Peter is not on the List, but Claire and Nathan are. • It could be possible Claire was taken as she with Matt to warn him moments before he was abducted, and Peter could have exposed his abilities to save a life while working as a paramedic.
