In a tip on the assignment tracker map, Lukas Bahn is listed as being Julia Ryan's partner in the Company. Bahn has the ability to sense when people with abilities are in close range. He lives in Washington, DC. He and Ryan are usually sent after slippery posthumans, due to his ability.
In a post on Evs Dropper's blog, Julia Ryan says that she and Bahn have been called in to find out about a "slippery" target.
