Mr. Bennet has a power unknown to The Company, possibly an enhanced intuition. None. + Bennet says, "I don't know what to do." and Thompson replies with "Is that a new sensation for you Bennet?" (Company Man) He knows exactly how to get Matt Parkman and Ted Sprague out of their cells, he knows where everything is in their cells and he knows what Ted needs to do to cause the power to go out. (.07%) This explains a lot of how Mr. Bennet gets out of his sticky situations.
- It could well be that Bennet had a hand in designing the cells, and built in the items necessary for escape because he suspected that he might someday end up in one. Or he might just have used the cells enough to know them very well.
- The Company seems to keep close tabs on everyone, especially people who work for them. It's hard to explain how Mr. Bennet might have slipped under the radar.
- His "power" could simply be intuitiveness and the ability to improvise which are just as much natural gifts as powers.

- His actor, Jack Coleman, has stated in interview that he believes (and hopes) that Mr Bennet will not be shown to have an ability.
- The company teams operate in pairs with one normal human and a superpowered one as a means to, quoting Thompson, "keep everyone honest". Bennet first worked with Claude, who possesses invisibility, and later the Haitian, who has memory manipulation and power negation abilities.
+ He is depicted in one of the series of eight, which may mean that he has a power.

Instead of killing "The Walker Tracking System" Bennet will adopt/kidnap her to get her away from The Company. None. + Bennet has experience in raising super-powered children.
+ Mr. Bennet was shocked that Molly Walker was a child. (Landslide) Being smart he also realizes that killing Molly will only be a stop-gap measure. Since an identical power can be shared by more than one person (Claude indicated he had worked with empaths prior to Peter), the Company just needs to find another person with the same power as Molly to re-activate. It would be far wiser to abduct Molly and have her locate others with the same power she has to preemptively get them before the Company does.

- Molly is currently under the care of Matt Parkman and Mohinder Suresh

Bennet will not be killed in Season 2 None + The events in How to Stop an Exploding Man show that the predictions in Isaac's paintings can be stopped.
- He was killed in Cautionary Tales, but brought back to life.
+ He wasn't killed permanently.
+ Though Claire's blood can heal serious injuries, there is no evidence that it can bring back the dead.
Bennet will be killed in Season 2 None The destruction of New York City would be a major history-setting event that would drastically depart the show's setting from "the real world", thus the chances of it actually happening in the show are fairly low. The death of one man, however, would have relatively little global effect, and thus could plausibly occur. In other words, the risk is so much greater because the stakes are so low.
+ Noah is shot and killed in Cautionary Tales. However, he is revived by a vial of blood in a facility of The Company.
H.R.G. and Bob are brothers. None
Noah will be conditioned and re-recruited by the company as an agent. The fashion for this year? Black is out, morally grey is definitely in. None + Noah is in a Company facility.

+ Noah is now believed to be dead.

In Comic book lore, which Heroes seems to follow quite closely, its not uncommon at all to have a newly discovered Hero that has stepped out of the path of darkness put in a scenario or coerced right back on the side of evil.

+ Bob is a known manipulator, going as far as to do unspeakable things to his own daughter. Using Noah, even if just the shell of Noah, is not beyond his means.

Obviously Noah is still alive, thanks to his own daughter's blood.

Noah will no longer need his glasses, due to the healing ability of Claire's blood healing his eyes. None + Claire's blood can heal, and assuming that it is the same as Adam Monroe's power, it should be able to heal just more than just typical (such as bullets, cuts, etc.) wounds (As it has healed Peter's memory before).

- Poor eyesight may or may not be the result of physical damage. Weak muscles and natural deformities usually cause most visual impairments. Even when vision is corrected by laser surgery the body attempts to heal the cornea back to the naturally reduced level of vision.

Noah, knowing what would happen in the painting, arranged with Mohinder to be shot by him. Mohinder was able to access Claire's blood and used it to revive HRG. None + Mohinder and HRG had a lot of time together alone in the car to work on a plan.
+ Mohinder and HRG still planned to take down the Company, even though it appeared that Mohinder was on both sides.
- Bennett seemed genuinely surprised when he regained consciousness - it seems unlikely that he expected to be revived in a company facility.
