Water Manipulation is the ability to control water in all its forms as well as turning objects into water and vice versa. This ability can alter the temperature of the forms of water even while keeping it in the same form e.g. creating red hot ice. This ability allows the user to turn into water and various forms of water. The user can create and destroy water and split water into its base elements. The user is able to manipulate water on the atomic and sub-atomic level. By-products depend on the user’s personality, imagination and location they grew up in.
Possible Evolved By-products:
• Telepathy: interpreting/controlling the flow of water in a person’s brain.
• Ability replication: Replicating the flow of water in an evolved human once they have demonstrated their power.
• Rapid Cell Regeneration: The user subconsciously creates new perfectly replicated cells from water for their own body.
• Healing: With conscious thought, the user can create new cells for another.
• Dehydration: The user can destroy all instances of water in an object or person with conscious thought.
• Lung adaptation (partial): The user can breathe water by separating water into oxygen and hydrogen. This is done subconsciously.
• Clone Creation: The user is able to create clones of people they know or have seen. The clones are made entirely of water but look exactly like the cloned person. If it is a clone of an evolved human, the clone has the ability of the evolved human. When hurt or killed the clone explodes into water and covers the attacker. The water then freezes in an attempt to kill the attacker. The clones are under complete control of the user.
• Teleportation: The user can disintegrate into water and recreate themselves from other bodies of water.
• Temperature Resistance: The user subconsciously maintains a constant body temperature.
Limits:
• Can only be used within 50m of the user. Range can be increased with training.
• The user can only be turned into water and back. The user cannot be turned into anything else.
• The user cannot replicate any ability that uses fire or forms of fire although; heat is not classified as fire.
• Also abilities involving technology cannot be replicated.
• In the early stages of this ability a physical gesture is required to control the ability but as the user becomes more adept, no gesture is required.
• Cannot remove viruses from a human or an evolved human unless replicated from a different ability.
• Clones explode into water if they go outside the user’s range.
• The user can only teleport to an area that has an existing body of water they can recreate themselves from.
