For emphasis: They never said her name in the show. It'd be spoilery to say it on this page. I suggest "Company Blonde"--Riddler 22:07, 22 October 2007 (EDT)

  • What about Bob? We knew his name through spoilers, and kept his name, even though it wasn't mentioned until Lizards.--Bob (talk) 22:08, 22 October 2007 (EDT)
    • I never caught that one to say something. I'd say that was a mistake.--Riddler 22:09, 22 October 2007 (EDT)
    • No, I think it is safe to say that her name is Elle. Jason Garrick 22:11, 22 October 2007 (EDT)
      • Listing Bob wasn't a mistake. We tried to list him differently, but since names aren't considered spoilers on Heroes Wiki, it was despoiled. I would be happy too if they were different, but we've been overruled.--MiamiVolts (talk) 22:12, 22 October 2007 (EDT)
        • Pretend Noah's name was in a spoiler. It was a big reveal (though disapointing, but not the point) - putting it in the article would have been spoilery. While I doubt Elle will have a big reveal, I'd say the same laws would apply. --Riddler 22:13, 22 October 2007 (EDT)
  • Yeah, this was discussed in the past. First names, with one exception so far, are not considered spoilers. Surnames could be spoilers if it reveals a surprise relationship between characters, but first names generally aren't spoilers. (Admin 22:13, 22 October 2007 (EDT))
    • Elle's name is pretty well established in major newspapers, reliable websites, and magazines with reputable distribution. Kristen Bell has said it herself, and the name has been on NBC's websites for weeks now. If the question is whether or not the name should be used because it's a spoiler, I ask what it is spoiling? Now, her dad is conceivably "somebody", so if her name were something like "Elle Suresh" or "Elle Linderman" I could understand the need to keep it off the page. But "Elle" does not spoil anything and can be used freely. For a deeper discussion of this topic, see Talk:Bob--there are a couple discussions on that page regarding the subject and this wiki's use of outside sources to occasionally name articles. The desire to keep spoilers off the site is admirable, but does not need to infringe on every source outside of canonical sources. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:42, 22 October 2007 (EDT)

Do we know for certain that she works for The Company? She said that she works for "a company." It's conceivable that this is a different organization from the one that we know and love(?).Earbox 00:58, 23 October 2007 (EDT)

Main?

she's been added to the main cast section, i thought she was simply recurring/guest star... --Ehsteve

  • She was listed as staring in the opening credits, so she is in the main cast. -Lөvөl 12:38, 23 October 2007 (EDT)

Electrokinesis

I just changed her power from electromagnetism to electrokinesis because it was called as such in a CBR interview. They specifically said that she was "no Magneto. More Living Lightning". Just a tip-off.--TheBoogeymanCometh 17:43, 29 October 2007 (EDT)

  • For the moment, at least, I have switched this back, since Electromagnetism is linked. Could you provide a link to the interview, so we can see how this was discussed in context? --Ted C 17:50, 29 October 2007 (EDT)
    • It's in the latest CBR interview here and the rename is being discussed here. (Admin 17:55, 29 October 2007 (EDT))

Her father

Ever since she had this phonecall with her father after killing Ricky I tend to believe that Bob's her father. The preview for the next episode (For Months Ago) supports my guess, I think. BloodyFox, 03:25, 11 Nov 2007 (CEST)

  • I happen to agree with you. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:10, 8 November 2007 (EST)
  • After I changed this, I kind of second-guessed myself: do we know for certain now that she is Bob's daughter?--croush 22:10, 12 November 2007 (EST)
    • I was looking out for this reference (and a last name) the entire episode and didn't catch it. They sure did hang out together, but it's still possible that there's a higher-up or more reclusive father pulling the strings, and Bob and Elle are just partners or something.--Tim Thomason 22:22, 12 November 2007 (EST)
      • Works for me. Sorry about that.--croush 22:22, 12 November 2007 (EST)

Crush on Peter

Elle pretty obviously is fascinated by him at least; I think it deserves mention...
Laika 04:57, 13 November 2007 (EST)

  • It is more likely that she is just a slut....

--Hiroyatta 09:57, 13 November 2007 (EST)

  • Yeah, Adam said something like "I got a bit desperate 6 years ago". She is 24 so that means she was barely legal, in the USA. But he is a charming guy. --SomeoneImportant 11:16, 13 November 2007 (EST)
    • Elle's Kristen Bell (1980-07-18) is a year older (nearly 16 months older) than Adam's David Anders (1981-11-03). --HiroDynoSlayer (talk) 11/13/2007 11:33 (EST)

External control?

I would put this in the Electromagnetism talk but its so bogged down at the moment. When she says I took down a power station when I was 8 Do you think it's because she generated enough electricity to shut it down or did she somehow control the plant's power causing it to shut down? Sec 07:19, 13 November 2007 (EST)~

  • She generates electricity. Unused power from an electricity plant is returned back into the plant for reuse. If there's an overload on those lines, you could conceivably have an entire plant outage. However, she'd have to have gotten to the main lines, and have put out enough electricity the blow through the protection in the main line's repeater transformers, and if she was generating electricity in her grandparent's home as she claimed, she'd have had to blow through the neighborhood's transformers protection as well. So this is highly unlikely in rl unless she was actually at the plant, but then, this is fiction, so I'll allow for that oversight. This was not one of the things that irked me last night.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:36, 13 November 2007 (EST)

The coolest character ever...?

  • How amazing is Elle? She was so great in Four Months Ago.... Just brilliant.--  Lost Soul   talk  contribs  15:25, 13 November 2007 (EST)
    • She's amazingly psychotic in my opinion. I love her!--The Empath 15:39, 13 November 2007 (EST)
      • Yeah, it's really obvious to me that her character is based off of "Gwen Raiden" from Angel, but Kristen Bell sells it so well. She's as-good or better than Alexa Davalos, who played the role on Angel.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:49, 13 November 2007 (EST)

Residence?

  • Would the company building classify as her residence considering she said she lived there for 16 years? --Sec 23:41, 13 November 2007 (EST)~
