Theory Citations Notes
Each of the eight paintings depicts the death of a member of the group of twelve none. + Kaito Nakamura was a member of the group of twelve.
- It is unlikely that HRG, depicted dead in 8/8, was a member of the group as he joined the thirty year-old Company only fifteen years ago (Company Man), he took orders from Kaito (Company Man), and he did not know Linderman was a power behind the Company (.07%).
+ The painting is not necessarily a picture of Noah. It could be that Noah's father is still alive and was a member of the group of twelve.
+ The 8th painting could be depicting one of the original 12 masquerading as HRG by employing his or her power of Illusion. It has already been shown that multiple people can have the same powers (e.g. Nathan and West, Kensei and Claire), so one of the original 12 may have had the same power as Candice.
- Assuming that part of the above theory is true, the person possessing the ability of illusion would have reverted back to his or her original form upon death, as Betty/Candice/Michelle did in Kindred.

+ Kaito stated that three of the twelve are already dead (Linderman, Mr.Petrelli, and Charles Deveaux). This leaves nine members remaining. Kaito's last words would imply that the "Hooded Killer" is one of these nine. The eight paintings may predict the eight victims of the ninth member.

The 8th painting does not picture the actual death of HRG. None
+ Other paintings have shown the results of illusions, e.g. The President Stands Alone turned out to be Sylar, masquerading as Nathan.

+ Future events painted by Isaac have been prevented, e.g. the bomb did not go off in the middle of New York City in our current timeline. (How to Stop an Exploding Man).
+ Isaac could have altered the painting after he initially painted it.
