About
Genesis
While overdosing on heroin, Isaac Mendez paints a gigantic painting of a massive explosion directly on the floor of his apartment.
Don't Look Back
Eight weeks in the future, Hiro Nakamura goes to Isaac's apartment, but finds the artist dead, an apparent victim of Sylar. When police arrive and question him about Isaac's death, he witnesses the same massive explosion Isaac's painting had predicted, but manages to jump back to the past before the blast hits.
Seven Minutes to Midnight
In the secret facility within Primatech Paper Co. in Odessa, TX, Mr. Bennet has Eden McCain persuade Isaac Mendez to use heroin and produce another painting.
Homecoming
Isaac's new painted shows an exploding figure. Mr. Bennet deems it worthless in his hunt for Sylar.
Fallout
Peter Petrelli has a vision of Manhattan, which seems to be deserted except for some other evolved humans, who are all at the scene. They are all looking at Peter strangely, and something is wrong. Peter then starts to glow, as if he is about to explode, resembling Isaac's painting.
Parasite
Hiro and Ando time travel (presumably by accident) to New York well after the explosion. Hiro laments they have failed to stop the explosion. There is some traffic in the streets, and a number of new skyscrapers are well under construction within the area of devastation, while a number of ruins remain undemolished nearby. This suggests the area is habitable (ie. not radioactive) at this point. While normally, unsafe ruins would be demolished before allowing public re-entry, they may be present just for dramatic effect.
