Alejandro's ability is to reverse the effects of other abilities as well as protect Alejandro himself from those other abilities.	Alejandro manages to protect himself from the deadly side effects of Maya's ability as well as revive Nidia. (Lizards)	• So far, Maya is the only known evolved human that Alejandro has been seen with, so it remains to be seen what will happen when he encounters another ability. • The curandera who said Maya's disease was "black" was possibly another evolved human, but Alejandro didn't appear to concentrate his power in her presence.

If Alejandro ever encounters Peter, Alejandro's ability will cure Peter of his amnesia.		• This would only be able to happen if the theory above is proven true as well as the theory of the Haitian's powers causing Peter's amnesia.
Alejandro can switch powers with Maya and vice versa. The disease must be transferred to the other twin in order to reverse effects. Evolved twins such as Alejandro and Maya have a split version of one abilty. If only one of them was born they could have the power to cause and cure the black tear disease. Being twins might have split the power into 2 parts.	None
Alejandro's ability is simply healing, like Linderman	None	+ Many characters this season have shared powers with a previous character (West, Maury, Adam). - Linderman's eyes did not seem affected the same way as Alejandro's. • It's possible that healing absorbs diseases partially, and only Maya's ability causes blackness of the eyes. - Alejandro hasn't been shown to heal anything other than those affected by Maya's ability (through healing Maya). • Alejandro may not have full control of his abilities. Linderman had probably over 30 years more experience than Alejandro.
