Echo will be one of the escaped villains in Volume Three None.

+ Echo has already killed two people. + It would provide a reason as to why the Webisodes were created. Tim Kring would want viewers to be introduced to the villains that will be battling there favorite Heroes.
+ Echo is currently being held on Level 5.

Echo will be a new hero in Volume Three None. + In the webisodes, he didn't show psychopathic behavior. He only want to be a normal mailman with a normal life.
• This somewhat appears to be the starting point of the other villains. Like Sylar - first he wanted to be special, then changed his mind and wanted to be normal again, only leading to the later events of Volume One.
The agent with the ability to absorb sound is actually Echo's twin brother. None. + We have already seen that twins may have opposing abilities: Maya can infect people with a poison while Alejandro can heal this poison. It makes sense that Echo can produce sounds while the agent can nullify sounds.
