| In the future, Eric Doyle will escape Level 5 again when Pinehearst destroys the Company. |
None. |
+ Noah Bennet released Eric from his cell to send him against Sylar.
- - Sylar probably killed Eric.
- - If Sylar didn't kill him, the subsequent explosion of the building probably did.
- + It's possible he recovered enough from Sylar's attack and managed to flee the building before it went up in flames.
- + Some time elapsed since Meredith exploded and the building collapsed.
- Primatech Research (including Level 5) and the Pinehearst building have already been destroyed.

| Eric Doyle and Flint will team up to seek revenge on Sylar. |
None. |
+ Eric was in love with Meredith.
+ Meredith was Flint's sister.
+ They were both incarcerated in Level 5, that could have given them time to know each other.
- If Flint knows Eric did what he did to his sister, he might not like him so much, and Flint is short-tempered.
- + He may not like him, but he would probably like Sylar less and would choose the lesser of two evils.
- + Is Flint smart enough to consider that?
- - He's no less smart than he'd have to be to uncover Eric's past deeds.
- • Flint is dumb as a bag of hammers. Him having an inkling of Eric's "past deeds" is unlikely.
|
| Eric Doyle is somehow related to Matt Parkman or Maury Parkman. |
None. |
+ Eric has abilities not unlike Matt or Maury.
- - How is telepathy similar to puppet master?
+ Eric has similar features to Maury.
- - They would have mentioned this earlier as both were locked up in Level 5.
|
| Eric Doyle is a misogynist. |
None. |
+ Eric Doyle tormented no less than four different women in Dying of the Light. To date Doyle has tormented no men.
- - According to graphic novels and his assignment tracker profile, Doyle was responsible for at least four male deaths: his uncle, his neighbor, a guy who bullied him in school and a complete stranger who cut him in traffic.
- + These men are all killed coldly and efficiently - his uncle by drowning, his neighbour with a gunshot to the head, the bully with sleeping pills, and the stranger with a car crash. All are simple murders, as opposed to the psychological torture he inflicts on Claire, Sandra, and Meredith.
+ Eric Doyle rejects Meredith's love. Maybe he never really wanted her to love him, he just wanted to force her to bend to his will?
- - Eric didn't reject Meredith's love. He just didn't believe her.
+ Eric Doyle never married. Perhaps it's because he hates women.
- - I never married, does that mean I hate women?
- + By itself no, but in conjunction with Doyle's behavior and history, it is telling. Now, if you never married and got your rocks off on psychologically torturing women...
