Markus has been a web designer for NBC.com for more than five years and has worked on numerous high-profile websites. He has more than ten years of experience in his field and has received several distinguished awards and nominations, such as a Technology Emmy Nomination, a Promax Design Award and a Webby nomination. He has a degree in communication design from his native Germany. Additionally, Markus directed, edited, and did the cinematography for Deadly Nam. He has been living and working in Los Angeles since 1999.
