Speaking of image, shouldn't the main image be changed to portray the power as it was shown in the show? Intuitive Empath 20:49, 17 October 2008 (EDT)
- I suppose it could, but I think the best image for it is the one we have right now. The others are very static images. Image:Powers German open car doors.jpg is basically just a car with open doors, Image:The German - Magnetism (Screen 2).jpg looks like he's waving to a bird outside, and Image:The German - Magnetism (Screen 1).jpg isn't bad, but it just looks like he's going to grab the dial or something. At least Image:Powers Magnetism.JPG shows wavy lines to show that some movement is occurring. It looks like something supernatural is going on. But the main images don't always need to be ones from the show. Sound manipulation is from a webisode (and a pretty cool image at that!), and clairsentience isn't from the world of Heroes at all! Personally, I don't think the magnetism image needs to be changed. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 02:29, 18 October 2008 (EDT)
- Change it to the Vault picture. The wave effect in the current pic, is just so fake, it doesnt look real, you cant see magnet move thing like that.
- I really don't like the new lead image. It looks like the German is just putting his hand in front of the safe, and there's no special ability being used. I don't think it's up to us to decide whether or not something looks fake or not--if it's been given as an example, it's how the power works. Image:Powers Magnetism.JPG is a much better image to actually show that something unusual, something supernatural, something out of the ordinary is going on. It's an image that shows the power in action, and you can see the power working. I would change the lead image back to that one. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:10, 31 October 2008 (EDT)
- I thought images from the show trumped Heroes Evolutions images, even if it's not graphic novel like, the power was not shown to cause the ripples in the show, take the audio away and it looks exactly telekinesis. Intuitive Empath 11:30, 1 November 2008 (EDT)
- Best image trumps other images. You might be thinking of the naming convention, but there are no set rules for the lead image, other than the best image should be used, or the image which most clearly shows the ability being demonstrated should be used. We do, however, try to stay away from using a graphic novel image to show a power since it's an illustrated image and not live action (see electronic communication). -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 14:09, 1 November 2008 (EDT)

Canon name
Wasn't his tracker shown on the show and didn't it say "Magnetism"? Therequiembellishere 13:51, 18 October 2008 (EDT)
- It only showed his name and picture. That's why we have the name cited for the online AT 2.0.--Bob (talk) 13:59, 18 October 2008 (EDT)
Ferrous
Ferrous describes those metals that contain iron (III), and I believe that Ferrous should be changed to metallic instead. Dean Harper 00:24, 8 November 2008 (EST)
- The description comes from the assignment tracker profile. It says "manipulation of ferrous objects and materials." -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 00:51, 8 November 2008 (EST)
