Ricardo?
Is this perhaps Ricardo Silva aka Red Eye? They might want him unmasked so they can tell if he starts using his ability (just a thought). Is there a better photo of him that shows his full face?--MiamiVolts (talk) 14:36, 14 February 2009 (EST)

- Well, it's been several months, and who knows how long they have kept him prisoner. I'm not sure if he is supposed to be bald or simply shaves his head, but the shape of his head does look similar in both live-action photos.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:10, 14 February 2009 (EST)
