Absolute (Name of Power) is when an evolved human has a fully manefested and evolved power. The listed power is at maximum power and fully under the control of the posesser
Limits
This ability addition only effects active powers, like telekinesis. It does not applie to passive poewers, like Rapid cell regeneration.
examples
- Alchemy only changes the chemical composition of the target. Absolute Alchemy changes chemical composition and physical form (solid versus liquid, as well as shape)
