Good questions... here's my take on the answers:

If Sylar opens his victims head with telekinesis, what did he do with his first victim, Brian Davis?

-He used a saw and perhaps he had some help.

Ted meets Claude - can you see an invisible man burning?

-No. Couldn't see him when he got shot either.

What happens, if Sylar kills Niki? Will Jessica be his alterego?

-I think that's up to Jessica.

Can Claire have earrings?

-Yes, the same way she can cut her fingernails and hair without them regrowing right away. Somehow her body remembers that she's had a hole in her ear for many years.

And what happens, if the Haitian touches his own forehead?

-Depends. He can potentially erase his own memory if he wanted to, but he doesn't have to. Also, we saw in the It Takes a Village graphic novels that he can erase the minds of many people at once and not affect himself.--MiamiVolts (talk) 11:04, 6 July 2007 (EDT)

-You would see him since his clothes will burn. Okay you won't see his body in fire if we had been naked but you will certainly see his clothes.

Anyway, we can't argue about something that doesn't exists. The creators can do everything they want because if something doesn't exists, then you (us) can't say "Oh this power should work like this".
