Re:Telepathy thoughts

Telepathy has been shown to do more than just listen to another's thoughts, that was the only thing Matt could do at first, but as Maury showed and said, it grows into more, "pull became push" as Matt said to Angela. When Sylar was first apprehended by the Company, before Homecoming, Noah said he was interesting cause while everyone the Company had seen so far had only one ability, Sylar himself had several, and they were trying to figure that one out. By the shown defining what it is, I mean that they set the rules of what each power is, how it works and how it's limited. In Heroes, regeneration doesn't work if you have something stuck in your brain, but in the Marvel universe, either Wolverine or the Hulk (not sure which right now, perhaps both) have healed from skeletons. It's the same thing with telepathy, when we were first presented to the power, it was just "I can hear your thoughts", but after Maury showed up, telepathy was expanded to sending messages, planting thoughts, creating visions (a bit like illusion)... Just take a look at the latest episode, it threw out of the window much of the definition we had so far for intuitive aptitude. Mental manipulation was so named cause it was the only thing (other than "The Haitian's ability") that accurately describe both as aspects of his ability, the ability suppressing and the memory erasing one. Hey

I see you answer to the theory about Elle's death, well I hope we keep in touch to talk about this and other Heroes stuff!--Mariocastrofox 08:10, 10 December 2008 (EST)

Double spaces

Even if it is, the wiki only recognizes one space, adding more spaces is redundant (check the code for this text with the edit button). It only adds needless data to the wiki. Also here. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 13:51, 24 December 2008 (EST)

  • Thanks for undoing all my work, and contributing to my HUGE pet peeve. RaptorWiki 14:03, 24 December 2008 (EST)
  • Nevermind. As long as there is an agreed upon standard here, and I can keep things neat with regards to that standard, that's fine with me. I can't stand disorganization. RaptorWiki 16:10, 24 December 2008 (EST)
    • We're close in age, so I know where you're coming from. When I started typing it was always two spaces at the end of a sentence... now it seems like two is ok, but one is preferred. I still use two and won't be changing anytime soon. :) Since the wiki formats it as one space anyway it doesn't really matter whether people use one or two. I think if people want to change the text from two spaces to one on existing articles then that's fine, but there's not going to be a policy that it HAS to be one space. We also wouldn't want to do the reverse and update pages from one space to two given the current preference. (Admin 16:23, 24 December 2008 (EST))

I see you're from Johnstown. I'm from Jonestown. And my name is Ryan....and I'm the same age as you. Hmmm... :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:50, 24 December 2008 (EST)

Admin at another wiki?

I think of Ryan's talk page you stated that you were a/the admin at another wiki. Where at and what's it about? --SacValleyDweller (talk) 23:07, 29 December 2008 (EST)

  • Hey, how's it going? I don't recall saying anything like that, and I am not an admin anywhere...I have only edited some wiki pages, but I don't think I even mentioned that... - RaptorWiki 23:12, 29 December 2008 (EST)
    • OK, I feel stupid and am turning 10 shades of red! I confused you with somebody else. :( I'm sorry. *blushes* Gee this is awkward to post. :( --SacValleyDweller (talk) 23:25, 29 December 2008 (EST) and he didnt even say THAT! --23:27, 29 December 2008 (EST)

Re:Special Relativity

Thanks for the links, considering the concepts involve a lot of physics I assumed it was "spatial", since it sounds more physic-like than "special", I shouldn't have. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 17:20, 3 January 2009 (EST)
