I keep searching around expecting to be able to buy Sylar watches and never finding search results except links back to here. You'd imagine someone would be out there cashing in on the idea. Never had it

Where is the watch now?
"Nathan" certainly didn't have it. Sylar has regained his body, and the watch is still nowhere to be seen. What happened to it? Should we write it's no longer in Sylar's possession?
