History
Graphic Novel:War Buddies, Part 3
After interrogating a captured Viet Cong soldier, Dallas and Austin find the downed plane. They find that the crew is dead, killed by the Viet Cong. Dallas checks the deceased crew's guns and, seeing that they are out of ammunition, deduce that they fought hard before succumbing to the enemy. Later, Dallas and Austin decide to take up the dead crew's mission: the destruction of Au Co.
Notes
- It appears that the crew was severely tortured before they were killed.
- Because the crew operated an A-4 Skyhawk, they are most likely affiliated with the Navy or Marines.
- Two deceased crew members are with the plane. It is unknown how many there were in the crew, though it should be noted that A-4 Skyhawk models held only one or two crew members.
