Character History
Graphic Novel:Team Building Exercise
18 years ago, in a train yard in Odessa, Ukraine, Maarten, his partner Ivan and their new trainee Noah, arrive to search for their target. Spotting him, Maarten generates some fire and stands with Ivan, who tells the man not to run. To try and escape, the Liquid Man becomes a wave of water that knocks Ivan away and puts out Maarten's fire.
