About
The Second Coming
Mohinder watches Maya's ability activate and realizes that abilities are based in the adrenal glands. He takes a sample of her adrenaline.
Later, at a pier, he injects himself with it, giving him a monstrous ability.
Dual
Sylar injects Meredith with a large dose of adrenaline, causing her power to become uncontrollable. She begins to involuntarily release bursts of flame that become larger and more frequent as time passes. Eventually, her power creates an explosion that sets the entire Primatech building on fire.
