No Behind the Eclipse this week? Boo!--Hardvice (talk) 14:53, 6 February 2007 (EST)
- Well, if it's an consolation, it was a freakin' awesome episode, right? (GN was kinda lousy, though...) — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:04, 6 February 2007 (EST)
- I actually really liked the Graphic Novel. I thought it made for a nice change of pace to go back to a "behind-the-scene-we-saw" moment instead of the explosions and intrigue and world travel of the last six.--Hardvice (talk) 15:12, 6 February 2007 (EST)
- Ah, see, there's the difference between you and this 24 fan. Me Ryan. Me like explosion. Ted go boom boom. ... Plus, I enjoy the intrigue of starting a new location and lots of new places. What do we have on this one, the park? Um, I guess the ET fingertips were pretty cool. :) — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:27, 6 February 2007 (EST)

Audio interviews?
- Should we add downloadable audio interviews to this page? If so, I would suggest The 10th Wonder's interview with James Kyson Lee. --Fcphantom 10:43, 10 February 2007 (EST)
- Jack Coleman was interviewed by WMMR today at the top of the hour 9AM, lasted ~9 mins. There should be a MP3 feed of it later this morning here. --Orne 09:39, 26 February 2007 (EST)
Comic Con interviews
Not sure exactly where these should go:
- Time Kring: http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci07prog_kring.shtml
- Masi Oka: http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci07prog_oka.shtml
- Tim Sale: http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci07prog_sale.shtml
The mailman accidentally gave me my neighbor's comic con update booklet and it had these interviews in it... pretty cool --Frantik (Talk) 03:08, 5 June 2007 (EDT)
- I think that's actually a federal offense. :) I added the interview to our list of links using Template:Interviews, to the archive, and to each person's page. Do you happen to know the dates of the interviews? -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 06:16, 5 June 2007 (EDT)
- I don't know the date though they indicate in one of the interviews that it took place before the season finished. --Frantik (Talk) 09:29, 5 June 2007 (EDT)
- Right, I just put "May" unless we find out a better date. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 10:58, 5 June 2007 (EDT)

"Link"
Personally, I'd prefer just having all the links say "link", or even the less preferable "go there". I'm not a big fan of the "read it", which doesn't cover all the interviews on this page. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 12:34, 27 August 2007 (EDT)
- Yeah but having a column labeled link with for only content : link; is kinda weird. At least, I think :) Read it, Watch or Listen is good. But what others think ? --

CBR interviews
- So at least two questions asked by people here answered in the most recent CBR, if not more. Impressive. Either they're inflating their claims of how many emails they're getting or people here are coming up with some very good questions. :) (Admin 20:45, 22 October 2007 (EDT))
List the roles in the tables
Added Role as when I looked at it I didn't know what most of the people did :) If you like it then I will do it for all of the interviews --Skywalkerrbf 08:08, 13 July 2008 (EDT)
- That's not a bad idea. I say do it. --SacValleyDweller (talk) 13:28, 13 July 2008 (EDT)
- Sorry for leaving it half done but its getting late now :/--Skywalkerrbf 17:35, 13 July 2008 (EDT)
Split the Page?
- Ones we have done and external ones? --Skywalkerrbf 17:35, 13 July 2008 (EDT)
- I'm not sure that's necessary yet. If we do perform a split, I think the new page should be a subpage archiving the older interviews. In any case, you should probably add a rename tag to the article with the split option so this can get attention and be discussed.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:30, 15 July 2008 (EDT)
WizardUniverse.com Interviews
None of the Heroes interview links that we had for their site work anymore, and they aren't in the archive of their site, so I commented out the whole section for now. If anyone can find the articles, that would be great...--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:30, 15 July 2008 (EDT)
Rename?
I don't think it's necessary to rename the page to "Heroes Wiki Interviews and Other Interviews". Just "Interviews" is all-inclusive and sufficient, imho.--MiamiVolts (talk) 11:44, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
- I concur, the suggested change is much too wordy for little reason. -- Lulu (talk) 11:52, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
- Sorry what I ment was split the page, but there was no banner for that, thats what the name ment sorry. --Skywalkerrbf 11:54, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
- Lulu fixed the split tag for you; I suggested above that instead of such a split, we should archive older interviews (say prior to 2008) onto a separate page.--MiamiVolts (talk) 12:27, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
- Well I personly think that we could use Chrisyu's page for the Heroes Wiki interviews one. We are going to get more than 30 new interviews which will more than dobble the Heroes Wiki Interviews. I also think that the Heroes Wiki interviews being separeate would show off the site better as at the moment them being listed with interviews we didn't conduct ourslefs makes them seen, less important to me. --Skywalkerrbf 12:32, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
- Sorry what I ment was split the page, but there was no banner for that, thats what the name ment sorry. --Skywalkerrbf 11:54, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
- I'm for the split. I think it differentiates original content for our site versus other sites. --Bob (talk) 20:26, 12 August 2008 (EDT)
- I think that the Heroes Wiki interviews deserves to be put in the spotlight a little bit extra - not only because of the interviews themselves, but also as a way to promote Heroes Wiki. I definitely agree on splitting and also think the current interview section on the Main Page should be used exclusively for Heroes Wiki interviews, and then obviously include a link to the Heroes Wiki Interviews page. Pierre 20:35, 12 August 2008 (EDT)
- I don't like the idea of splitting these interviews--personally I already don't like the fact that the HW interviews are in a separate section than the other interviews. Original content is original content, whether it's a Heroes Wiki contributor conducting the interview, or somebody from TV Guide. Splitting them says that there is some distinction between the two, and can be easily misinterpreted as vaulting our self-importance--not a good idea. Category:Interviews (and Template:Interview) lists all of the HW interviews in case somebody just wanted to browse that content. But for the casual reader who wants to search for some interviews, having a split (even on the same page) is kind of confusing and potentially causes the reader to miss content. I say archive the old stuff, don't split off interviews based on who has conducted them. I would even go a step further and say that the different sections on this page should be combined into section (maybe separated by month, if anything), but that's a suggestion for another day, perhaps. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:57, 12 August 2008 (EDT)
- Well - there is an important difference: The Heroes Wiki interviews are original material (which is not to say it differs in validity). Its common publishing sense (even on the web) not to mix reference to other peoples work with first hand work. I'd go as far as saying that its a matter of credibility that we differ between our the two; if we do keep them in one page or spit it totally, that's a up for discussion, though.
- As of lumping links to non-Heroes Wiki interviews, I do agree with RGS - and, as stated, it also makes it easier to archive old interviews. Pierre 21:08, 12 August 2008 (EDT)
- I think that we should keep Heroes Wiki Interviews separate as if someone is looking for that interview the only place they can find it is on this site. --Skywalkerrbf 08:51, 19 August 2008 (EDT)
