Sylar telekinetically summons a spinach can.

After injecting himself with the cure for the Shanti virus, Sylar tests his abilities but telekinetically grabbing a can of spinach.

In a Heroes Unmasked episode, director Allan Arkush said that the spinach can was a reference to Popeye, who always became almost superhumanly strong after eating spinach.
