- In Seven Minutes to Midnight, Hiro decides to go back in time to save Charlie even if he is afraid of what the exact consequences will be.
Claire Bennet
- In Homecoming, Claire punches Jackie for teasing Zach, causing her to be grounded by her father.
Matt Parkman
- In Hiros Matt talks an armed would-be robber into going home.
- In Nothing to Hide Matt finds out his parther has been "nailing" his wife and punches him on the face. As a consequence, he is suspended from active duty for some time.
D.L. Hawkins
- In Better Halves, D.L. returns to his wife and son despite the cops guarding the Sander's home and him being a fugitive, because he cares for his family.
- In Nothing to Hide, D.L. and Micah come upon a car-crash where a woman is trapped within a burning car. D.L. uses his powers to open the door and pull her away from the car.
Peter Petrelli
- In Homecoming Peter goes to the Homecoming in Odessa in order to "Save the cheerleader, save the world" knowing full well that Isaac has drawn a painting where he dies while there.
