In chapter 3 of [[Operation Bad Blood]] in the [[iStory]], [[Sean Fallon]] sends the Pinehearst contracted player inside the building to plant bombs in Maya's apartment on the fourth floor, room number 410. The player heads up the stairs and, upon reaching the fourth floor, passes a bunch of kids in the hallway on the way to her apartment. Once inside, the player finds the apartment is rather small and cramped, but has little furniture inside. A small kitchenette is in the corner next to a window looking out over the street. The player hides remote-trigger bombs under the chair in the living area and between the stove and wall in the kitchenette. Then, the player hides as [[Red Eye]] and [[Anna]] enter the room. Red Eye is taken down by the player, and then Kill Squad members [[Sean Fallon]], [[Lloyd Collins]] and [[Tom Drake]] arrive. Sean, Lloyd and Tom escort Red Eye down the front stairwell and go out of the front of the building while the player escorts Anna down the back stairwell and out the back. |

- The iStory is explicit in noting New York City as the location of Maya's apartment building. However, when Mohinder looks up Maya's address (The Eclipse, Part 1), the computer returns an address in Montville, NJ.
