Webisode:Dark Matters, Part 1

Quentin asks Phoebe if Mom knew Phoebe was a shadowmancer. Phoebe said she didn't know. Quentin replies that he wishes Mom could see what Phoebe could do.

Webisode:Dark Matters, Part 2

Phoebe looks at a photograph of herself standing with her mother.

Quentin says that Phoebe losing her mother is part of Phoebe's incredible "Oscar-bait" life story.

Quentin says that "all this shit [Phoebe's nightmares] started happening after Mom's accident." Phoebe then breaks down crying and sobs that she misses her mother. Quentin says he misses her, too.

Webisode:Dark Matters, Part 3

Phoebe tells a DHS agent that she and Quentin are half-siblings, that her mother is deceased, and that she doesn't know where their father is.

• It is unknown when Phoebe's mother died. However, in Dark Matters, Part 2, Quentin reviews Phoebe's life story saying, "Girl loses mom, gains abilities, starts going to college." Assuming Quentin is listing these life events in order, Phoebe's mother would have died before 2008, when Phoebe first gained her abilities.
