Okay, I'll do my best and take a stab: (Always going from top left to bottom right, Hiro = Don Quixote) It's tricky with color changes to avoid copyright infringement!

• 2: Don Quixote background?
• 3: Angel from X-Men (? with a Legend of Zelda emblem on chest?), Futurama spaceship, Hellboy, Alien, Lex Luthor
• 4: Spock, Princess Zelda, Sherwood Forest = Robin Hood?, Rescue Rangers in that little blimp thing
• 5: Cheshire Cat, Hansel and Gretel candy house, Toad, Possibly blocks from Mario Brothers, Possibly that house from Amityville Horror? (Shadows of Zelda and Gannon/Moblin)
• 6: Zelda and Gannon/Moblin, somebody from Lord of the Rings (Frodo?)
• 7: Asylum = Arkham from Batman, Kodos/Kang from Simpsons, Hannibal Lector, Dr. Watson (name-drop from Sherlock Holmes)
