Theory Citations Notes
Angela and Adam are Nathan's true parents. None. Nathan could easily be thirty (he, or Sylar posing as him, was President in Five Years Gone and without laws changing one must be thirty-five to become President).

- The real father of the Peter and Nathan was pointed out in the photo of the company in season 2.
- The images that we've seen of Arthur bear a strong family resemblance to Nathan, strongly implying a close biological relationship between the two.

Angela Petrelli is not good. None. + In Truth & Consequences, Victoria tells Peter, "Adam's a murderer, and since you're helping him, you're one too... Just like your parents."

+ At the end of Powerless, Angela appears to be talking to the person who shot Nathan, or someone involved in the shooting.
+ Angela contributed to Linderman's plan.
This is a very ambiguous theory - many characters can be considered morally gray, and it can be argued that Angela has traits of good and evil.

+ On the other hand, Angela has done deeds up to and including plotting mass murder and personally feeding people to Sylar. She is, at best, horribly ruthless with 'good' intentions.

- By feeding Bridget to Sylar she gave him the ability to see the past of an object or person by touching them. When Sylar saved Claire from the vortex in Angels and Monsters he apparently felt her pain. This could be rewardable to Angela for giving him the ability and therefore slowly transforming him into a human rather than a monster.

Angela Petrelli is not really Sylar's mother. None + Sylar and Peter being related seems too convinient and makes for a weak twist.

+ Sylar once stated that as a child, he wished someone would tell him that his parents weren't really his parents. This may have been on Sylars file, which Angela had access to. Sylar would want to believe that someone else in his family has a power.
+ Angela might want to use Sylar to round up the escaped prisoners.
+ Angela has shown a seeming "hypnotism" ability on several occasions, which may or may not be related to her dreams. She could be using this ability to convince Sylar she is his mother, to then manipulate him for some other end.
+ She could have meant this non-literally, as Sylar is now apparently completely dependent on Angela with his powers presumably suppressed (so if Bob were still alive he could potentially say he's Sylar's "father," for example).
Angela specifically stated "I never should have given you up for adoption."
- Gabriel and Peter still seem to be brothers in the future. It is unlikely that Sylar would have gone this long without finding out that he wasn't actually the Petrellis' brother.

- Since Gabriel knew that Peter was actually present day Peter, who has harbored nothing but enmity towards Sylar, he would not have used the term "brother" so strictly if he didn't share blood with Peter.
Angela Petrelli is trying to fulfill the conditions of her prophetic dream. In her dream, Sylar appears to be defending her against Tracy, Maury, Adam, and Knox. Awake, she attempts to recruit Sylar after he is captured. (The Butterfly Effect) + Sylar is one of the few characters with the power to combat several other evolved humans simultaneously.
The agents of the Company do not realize that Angela has a power. None. + When Noah returns to help find the Level 5 escapees, he states that he needs a partner, saying "You know how it works: One of us, one of them." Angela responds with "I have the perfect one of them in mind."
Angela gave Gabriel up for adoption because she saw what he would become. None. This could have been why Gabriel became Sylar in the first place; by attempting to avoid a prophecy, she indirectly fulfilled it.
Angela Petrelli has an intuitive aptitude like her son Gabriel. Angela may have more than one ability. In One of Us, One of Them the intuitive aptitude clockwork is heard while Angela is very focused, and Sylar is seemingly confused. + Matthew Parkman has the same power as his father, Maury Parkman.

+ Angela says she will teach Sylar to control his hunger.
+ When attacked by Maury Parkman, the incident was accompanied by electrical disturbances and other effects noticeable by bystanders; this could not be caused by Maury himself, but could be caused by Angela losing control of her powers during a hallucination.

Angela Petrelli is Adam Monroe's eleventh wife. None. + Adam claimed that his latest wife would return to rescue him. While she didn't directly do it, Angela sent Hiro and Ando to retrieve Adam from his grave.
Angela Petrelli is Matt Parkman's birth mother. None. + Angela has already claimed she is the true mother of Sylar, why not another "lost child"?

+ Matt's mother is only mentioned in passing, when Matt accuses Maury of abandoning them, but never named.
+ Maury would have no reason to stay with the woman who is not the mother of his son.
+ There is a significant age gap between Nathan and his brother(s) Peter (and Sylar).
+ There is a passing resemblance between Matt and Nathan, Peter, and even Sylar.
- The timeline of events according to graphic novel, War Buddies places Arthur and Linderman in Viet Nam at the time of Matt's birth, before the Group of Twelve is formed and presumably, Maury and Angela had yet to meet.
+ Arthur's absence at this time allows Angela to carry a child to term leaving Arthur none the wiser.
+ Angela knows how to fight Matt's telepathic probing in Cautionary Tales. This means she likely has fought off another telepath, like Maury.

The Person who is going to help Angela in the battle against Arthur in the November sweep will be "The Haitain" None + Matt from TV Guide gave us a clue "Bob Hope's Famous Theme Song" -which is "Thanks for the memory" and which Character is associated with "Memory?" THE HAITIAN!
Angela's coma is due to Arthur's telepathy, and she is trapped in her nightmare/dream much like Maury was. None + It appears Arthur has telepathy and would explain how he put her in the coma/nightmare state.
- Why would he wait that long to make his move?
A telepath cannot read a persons mind if they do not know where that person is. The fact that Angela had her first vision of Arthur gave him the chance to strike!
{(Plus)} Kind of like how Maury was only able to trap Molly when she used her ability on him.
