Each of the children created were given powers through use of the formula that Kaito entrusted to Hiro to protect.	Linderman claims to Niki that he has been guiding her entire life. Tracy can survive cold environments. Tracy, is really just pretending to be on Arthur's side and is acting as a double agent.
