Tracy Strauss was a political adviser to New York Governor Robert Malden who was then employed by Nathan Petrelli upon his appointment to Senator. For reasons unknown, Tracy bears an uncanny resemblance to Niki Sanders. She is an evolved human with the ability to freeze anything.
Character History
The Second Coming
After hearing about Nathan on television, Governer Robert Malden tells Tracy that they may have found whom they're looking for. Tracy playfully reminds him that it's her job to find the person they're looking for. Seeing Nathan on television she remarks that she likes him.

Evolved Human Abilities
Tracy possesses the ability to freeze things. She has only exhibited this ability once thus far and seemed surprised when it happened. She was able to freeze the body of a reporter entirely, who shatters completely upon hitting the ground.
