Tracy Strauss was a political adviser to New York Governor Robert Malden who was then employed by Nathan Petrelli upon his appointment to Senator. For reasons unknown, Tracy bears an uncanny resemblance to Niki Sanders. She is an evolved human with the ability to freeze anything.

Character History

The Second Coming

After hearing about Nathan on television, Governer Robert Malden tells Tracy that they may have found whom they're looking for. Tracy playfully reminds him that it's her job to find the person they're looking for. Seeing Nathan on television she remarks that she likes him.

Evolved Human Abilities

Tracy possesses the ability to freeze things. She has only exhibited this ability once thus far on a reporter, and she seemed surprised when it happened. Before freezing the reporter, he explains to her that he will be running a story on a girl named Niki Sanders. The reporter is convinced that Tracy and Nikki are the same person, and he pressures Tracy to give him a comment before he runs the story. The reporter was obviously attempting to wreck Tracy's reputation, and it was the last straw when he pulls out a video player that had a video of Niki Sanders and Nathan Petrelli in bed together. Realizing that she is in trouble she takes a video player from the reporters hand. As he tries to grab it bad she takes hold of his arm and freezes him. She was able to freeze the body of a reporter entirely, who shatters completely upon hitting the ground. Surprised by her ability, Tracy cautiously looks around before quickly walking away.
