This is a facility for information on evolved humans. John arrived here to know more about himself. An agent came out with his folder telling him a little about his father. But in the folder was a bomb that had gone off. Building 28 burned to the ground leaving nothing left, but a few people. John survived by jumping out the window. All information is now gone on so many evolved humans. He feels he will not know anything for a while, and will have to get used to the fact. But now he sets out to find Building 26, in DC.
