Kring confesses to her that he "thought Heroes was going to have an ever-shifting cast but the cast hit in such big ways that now the challenge is to figure out how to use them all and still fold in a couple of new people, because I still think that the origin stories are the most fascinating, in some ways." Season 2 will now involve one new female character who'll have a big impact on the new storyline. Watch with Kristin
  • 3/27 -- Kristin Veitch: Season two will be titled "Volume Two: Generations" and will show the the genealogy of all of our favorite Heroes we met in Season 1. Watch with Kristin
  • 3/20 -- Jesse Alexander: The Season One DVDs will include exclusive scenes, filmed just for the DVD, showing what happens to several of the characters after the season finale. NBC.com
  • 3/02 -- Tim Kring: "Volume One comes to a conclusion at the end of Episode 23, and Volume Two starts with the opening of season two. And Volume Two is a different story. We could have new people and new storylines and new ideas and new threats and new bad guys and new heroes. So I would prepare the audience for that idea, that it's not just a continuing serialized storyline about only these people. It's a little more the 24 model than the Lost model." Sci Fi Wire

In a posting on artist Jason Badower's blog, Jason notes that he was contacted about doing a new graphic novel entitled The Ten Brides of Takezo Kensei by Chuck Kim (.07%), and that it was supposed to follow the eleventh episode (finale of Volume 2). However, due to the strike the writer asked for it to be pulled, and it appears that the writer had a different artist friend in mind to draw it so it doesn't look like Jason Badower will get to draw it after the strike.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:01, 15 November 2007 (EST)
