Kiss

Hey, I'm at work I can't open the nbc website so I didn't read it but you wrote on this summary that "Kimiko rushes to kiss Ando" and on Ando's page, "When they run away, Ando kisses Kimiko". So; who's kissing who ? :) --  (talk) 09:51, 28 August 2007 (EDT)

• Well, as I alway say, "It takes two to make a thing go ri-ight. It takes two to make it outta sight." I guess they're both kissing each other, though Kimiko probably initiates it. See for yourself. uh-oh... not him...

I'm distinctly unsure of who scared Fumio Fukazawa away. What makes anyone think it was Kaito? --Unfalln 00:22, 29 August 2007 (EDT)

  • It may be partially implied, but I know this show and I still reckon it's speculation to say that he ran off just because of Kaito. It's still possible that it was the first time he'd actually taken a look at Ando's face, and only just recognised him. --Unfalln 00:38, 29 August 2007 (EDT)
    • They're discussing this at 9th Wonders, too, and I don't quite get it. The storytelling conceit is that the image of Kaito after the gang runs away (and sees Kaito's sword) implies that it was Kaito who scared them off. Ando was not wearing a mask, and Fukazawa had plenty of chances to see Ando before (especially when he was looking straight at our good man). In fact, Fukazawa refers to Ando as "Kimiko's friend", with no hint of fear. If it were Ando who scared off the dudes, why in the world would Kaito be shown brandishing a sword right after the bikers are intimidated? It's the bookend to the theme of Ando bumbling his way through things, yet causing great unbelievably favorable circumstances through pure luck. Stolen Bike?

• So what do Ando and Kimiko do with the bike? We are not to find out in this GN series (this is part 2 of 2). Do they dump it in the river/leave it there and walk home? Or do they call the cops to retrieve it and spend half the night trying to explain how they are in possession of a stolen bike? I think Kimiko would do option A, but I'm not so sure about Ando. I thought about them driving the bike home; but since it's stolen...--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:15, 29 August 2007 (EDT)
