  • Hi, Heroe. Welcome! Glad to have you here. :) (Admin 19:25, 2 November 2006 (EST))

Ted's marks

  • Out of curiosity, why do you keep removing the section in Ted Sprague about the mark? It's in the aired episode.--Hardvice (talk) 17:33, 10 November 2006 (EST)
    • Because it wasn't in the actually episode. It was in the preview for the next episode.
      • It really was in the episode. At least, it was in the one I recorded on my DVR and the one I got through iTunes. It's a quick scene, just before they cut back to Matt and show his mark, just before he punches his former partner.--Hardvice (talk) 17:38, 10 November 2006 (EST)
  • Oh,your right.... I guess I was just confused. 13:29, 7 January 2007 (EST)

Character Histories

  • Hey, Heroe. For the character articles we shouldn't just take the episode synopsis word for word. The character history per episode should be more of a summary of the significant events versus a second by second account of what happened like the synopsis is. :) (Admin 11:51, 21 November 2006 (EST))
  • Oh, okay. I just noticed that the character histories needed updates, but I'm not the best at writing summaries :-P I'll jsut leave it for someone else to do.

Hiro's sword

  • Hey, Heroe. You added the part on the Hiro's sword page about Tim Kring saying in an interview it would be important, right? Do you happen to remember where that interview was? If so, could you add it as a reference to the statement. Thanks! (Admin 21:40, 6 December 2006 (EST))

Last Appearance

I noticed you were trying to add "last appearance" to Eden's page ... That was taken out of the character template because it was deemed superfluous and arduous. Sorry! - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:44, 8 December 2006 (EST)

Examples on Powers Pages

Hi, Heroe. I noticed you've taken out some of the "lesser" examples on a few of the powers pages. Before we start deleting any examples, we should discuss it. You might want to check out (and add to) the discussion about this at this link. The general concesus seems to be 10-12 powers for the examples, and somehow archiving the others. If you have an opinion, we'd love for you to voice it here before deleting any more examples. Thanks! :) - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:38, 5 January 2007 (EST)

Hi, Heroe. I've noticed you've had to go back a few times to add your signature on some of the talk pages. Just a tip: you can either press the signature button at the top of an edit page (it looks like this), or use four tildes (~~~~). Hope that helps! :) - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 16:35, 13 January 2007 (EST)

Unknown Powers/No Powers

Hey, Heroe. I switched the status of Monty & Simon Petrelli's powers to "None" - we leave it as such until a character exhibits such powers. For instance, Micah was at "None" until he showed his powers. In contrast, Sylar was at "Unknown" - because we knew he had a power, we just didn't know what it was. Just wanted to explain. :) - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:30, 14 January 2007 (EST)

Opposite Powers

Hey there - I just read your opposite powers, and I'm lolling all over - great stuff! - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 13:47, 25 January 2007 (EST)

Easter Egg

Hi, I was just wondering why you deleted the Easter Egg information from Graphic Novel:Stolen Time, and why none of the others. I added them because of a discussion at [[Talk:Graphic Novel:How Do You Stop an Exploding Man?, Part 1#Easter Egg]], If it was incorrect or had errors you could correct it. -Level 01:08, 26 January 2007 (EST)]

Well I thought it was kinda redudant to have that paragraph so I deleted but forgot to do the others. Heroe 12:46, 26 January 2007 (EST)

Emmersion isn't a word (apart from the game engine). Do you think they meant "emergence"?--Hardvice (talk) 12:36, 27 January 2007 (EST)

  • Yeah, I guess. Heroe 12:41, 27 January 2007 (EST)
    • It sounds from context like they meant "getting stronger". Maybe "augmentation" is a better option than "emergence".--Hardvice (talk) 12:47, 27 January 2007 (EST)

Family Tree

Would you look at: Template_talk:Petrelli_Tree? -- Thanks --AverageMan 10:56, 6 February 2007 (EST)

ok. Heroe 11:10, 6 February 2007 (EST)

Spelling and grammar

Man, you're great at finding all those little spelling and grammar mistakes. Thanks for all your contributions — they're much appreciated! — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 11:11, 7 February 2007 (EST)

Mistakes on the theories pages

Part of the reason there are so many is that it's hard to edit them in any great detail because they are so active. I'm planning to lock them one at a time tomorrow night when things are slowest and scrub them clean (links, spelling, grammar, formatting ... the whole nine yards). I've tried editing them (even a section at a time) in greater detail than a quick spellcheck and gotten an edit conflict every time. I must say, I'm quite looking forward to giving them a thorough clean-up once and for all!--Hardvice (talk) 15:13, 10 February 2007 (EST)

GN content

Thanks for adding so many of the GN histories for the characters - what a huge help that is! — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 18:06, 11 February 2007 (EST)

Sylar Healing plus peter's new gigs

Hello, I beleive you took my contribution down concerning sylar 's healing. In the first part of the season we see him get shot several times and then gets up and walks away. As far as his hunting down the Cheerleader, he has no way of know what her full abilities are until he opens her up. please add this back in.

Also, peter now has acces to multiple abilites, as such he has all abilities that Sylar has when they met in Texas. Plus all abilities that he has come into contact with.

thanks, Jtempkin

We didn't actually see him use the healing, thus we can't confirm that he has healing. Heroe 21:11, 26 February 2007 (EST)

Taking over the World

Hey, I can rub my belly and pat my head with ether hand, or pat my belly and rub my head with ether hand, switching hands or pats/rubs at any time, while hoping on one leg, also switching legs at any time. Do you need any help taking over the world? -Level 04:51, 1 March 2007 (EST)

Actually, I could use some help... 10:25, 1 March 2007 (EST)

(Redirected from ___)

How do I do re-directs?
~ ~ ~ ~ Red = 17:24, 2 March 2007 (EST)

  • Edit the the name you want to make a redirect. for example, Claire. click on the link and for content, just type : #REDIRECT [[Claire Bennet]]. Heroe 20:04, 6 March 2007 (EST)
    • Where does this code need to be written, In the Exact same Page that it's supposed to redirect, or a Special Page?
      ~ ~ ~ ~ Red = 10:39, 7 March 2007 (EST)
      • A special page. Say if you're making a redirect from Clair to Claire, click on the link Clair and type thar info in.
        • Note: As a general rule, we don't redirect misspellings. We wouldn't redirect "Clair" to Claire. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 12:27, 7 March 2007 (EST)
          • I know I just want to know ho it is done that is all. So it has to be ALL caps? or Not case sensitive?

Cute cheerleader?

  • Is there a reason for the "cute cheerleader" redirect? (Admin 11:32, 8 March 2007 (EST))
  • I just felt loopy this morning

How do I get screencaps? I'm trying to get a picture of the tuning fork. Heroe 23:22, 8 March 2007 (EST)

  • Good morning, Heroe! There are a couple good ways to get screencaps.
    1. If you have TiVo and can burn the show onto a DVD, then you can grab screencaps from the DVD -- but I'm assuming you probably don't have that, otherwise you wouldn't have asked. :) I'm in the same boat, so I use a few different methods.
    2. One of the best ways to get screencaps is to use the screencap site -- its not exhaustive, but it's pretty darn good. What's nice is usually the caps are 624x352, which makes it really easy to crop the caps to 450x350. (Incidentally, there are 2 good shots of the tuning fork, here and [1], but essentially, they're the same as this one, which we already have uploaded.)
    3. Another way to get screencaps is to request them from the screencaps page -- it takes a little longer because you have to wait for somebody like Hardvice to grab them, but those requests always get fulfilled -- especially during the hiatus.
    4. Lastly, you can go to, watch the video, and grab a cap that way (pressing the "PrintScreen" button on your keyboard will copy the whole screen to your clipboard, and then you can paste it into an image editor. However, I don't suggest this method, since the quality of the videos are very poor. I would only use this method as a placeholder...and be sure to mark the image to be reuploaded.
  • Hope that helps! :) — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 07:43, 9 March 2007 (EST)

Image site Linking

Do you know how to Link External Image to Show in this site? without uploading? [img:http://www.img.jpg|text]] [[User:RED|[img:http://www.img.jpg%7Ctext ~ ~ ~ ~ Red = 10:46, 7 March 2007 (EST)

There's no reason to externally link an image. If it belongs on the site, it should be uploaded. Otherwise, it probably shouldn't be linked. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 12:25, 7 March 2007 (EST) All images should be uploaded to the site.—Hardvice (talk) 13:58, 7 March 2007 (EST) What Hardvice said. There's no reason to link an image. However, if your linking a website, type this: [link title Heroe 11:04, 11 March 2007 (EDT)

I just noticed you moved this from my archive. You're not suposed to do that! >:( Heroe 11:06, 11 March 2007 (EDT)
