When Hiro and Ando arrive in Los Angeles, CA, Hiro goes to a Hotspur Car Rental kiosk in LAX to rent a car from Jennifer, the Hotspur employee. Ando, however, wants to fly the rest of the way, but Hiro refuses. Hiro turns to the end of Issue 14 of the 9th Wonders! comic book, and it shows that they rent a Nissan Versa at the airport and drive to Las Vegas, NV.
