Agent Bowers sedates and captures Micah and Abigail, who are trying to spoil Building 26's operations.

Agent Bowers is responsible for guarding and sedating the targets being moved from the Pittsburgh train station to Washington, D.C.. He attempts to speak via walkie-talkie with Agent Carmillo, but cannot get a response, and tells another agent named Statler, via the walkie-talkie, that "we've been compromised, get us outta here".
