In chapter 4 of Operation Splinter in the iStory, Jeremy Woo tells the Primatech contracted player that Tim Pope will send an agent to help the player search Ricardo Silva's apartment. Later, Agent Dulahey arrives to the apartment in a hurry. He immediately introduces himself to the Primatech contracted player and, when the player notes that another agent had been there helping earlier, says that there were no other agents assigned here.
