Matt Parkman escorts Aron Malsky to Ridgway Jewelry in the diamond district of Los Angeles. Aron has an appointment to buy diamonds from the diamond merchant, using Linderman's money which he failed to return to his former employer. Overhearing the merchant's thoughts, Matt realizes it's a trap, and tells Aron they need to leave.
