Theodore van den Burg is part of the Unity faction that aids Claire and Rachel in their attempt to find Wildman.
About
Theodore discovered his ability while watching a group of loggers cut down trees, and when some almost fell on him, he instinctively brought up a wall of vines to protect himself. He allowed the Company to bag and tag him, and then continued to live a normal life until Building 26 came about. He decided to fight back, and closed himself off from his family and friends. As a part of Unity, he tried to live a normal life while helping others.

In chapter 4 of Faction Zero, Theodore is brought by Kelli Wheaton to Costa Verde to help hunt down Thompson Jr. He arrives with a forkful of food in his mouth, surprised at finding himself in America.
