The Hard Part

Sylar visits his mother after worrying that he might explode. After bringing her another snow globe from his travels (this latest one from Texas), he talks to his mother about being special. After recreating a snow globe in her apartment by freezing water and swirling it around the room, she becomes distraught at what her son has become. After a struggle with a pair of scissors, Sylar accidentally stabs his mother. Sylar later uses her blood to fingerpaint the explosion on the floor.
