Ando has the power to focus or amplify other people's powers, possibly making himself immune in the process.	None.	+ Ando is the only one who remembers the "original" timeline where Hiro met Charlie only shortly before she was killed by Sylar. + Every time Hiro uses his powers near Ando, Hiro is able to do what he wants. When Hiro is not near Ando his powers are unpredictable. Also, when Isaac was around Ando, he was able to paint the future successfully without drugs. - Isaac was able to sketch the future without the use of drugs before he ever came into physical contact with Ando. + But isaac's precognitions werent accurate without the use of drugs. - Ando is next to Hiro at the Museum of Natural History, and Hiro is only able to slow time, not completely stop it (Godsend). + Hiro's powers were very weak, and perhaps slowing time was the peak of his abilities at that moment. - When Hiro attempts to go back in time and save Charlie (Seven Minutes to Midnight), he moves back far further than the day he intended to, despite his proximity to Ando. + If Ando's ability is just developing it might explain this though, or that Ando did not want Hiro to save Charlie. + Alternately, Hiro's power may have been amplified too much. - Sylar had the opportunity to take Ando's brain, but refused. He also mentions to Ando that he has no use for his brain. (How to Stop an Exploding Man) • Sylar has been shown as unable to tell whether or not someone has powers without outside information: he killed Jackie in the style he reserves for evolved humans, despite her being the wrong target, and only realized his mistake afterward. + Absorbing Ando's supposed amplification powers could only be a disadvantage to Sylar, since he has no allies. The only Evolved humans he would amplify would be enemies. - Sylar has clearly shown he's able to control the powers he steals better than their original owners did, even emplifying the stolen powers. If he took Ando's supposed power, it won't have change anything for him, except maybe have even stronger powers. + This could also explain why Peter begins to lose control of his powers sometime after meeting Ando (and unknowingly absorbing his power) on the night of Homecoming.
Ando has the ability to speak the future.	None.	+ There are many instances where Ando's offhand utterances later turn out to be true. He says that he and Hiro need to find hope, only to meet a woman named Hope moments later. (Run!). - This observation may simply be a device the writers have used to play up the need for Ando's character since Hiro learned English, or, more likely, to play up Hiro's quest for destiny. - Sylar had the opportunity to take Ando's brain, but refused. He also mentions to Ando that he has no use for his brain. Ando has the opposite ability to the Haitian's power. He can let people who couldnt use their abilities before discover them.	Hiros power worked when he was with ando and charlies worked on a better scale around ando.(Six months ago)
